Welcome to the Artificial Intelligence & Business Chamber (“AIBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, member portals, and any services, workshops, summits, or AI ethics certification programs provided by the AIBC (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

1. Membership and Accounts

Eligibility

To register for an account or become a member of the AIBC, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to form a binding contract.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Membership Fees and Renewals

Membership fees, dues, and subscription structures are detailed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. The AIBC reserves the right to change membership pricing upon reasonable notice to members.

2. AI Ethics Certifications and Oversight

Certification Issuance

The AIBC offers specialized certifications verifying that a member’s business development practices adhere to our established AI ethical standards. Achieving certification is contingent upon meeting all current assessment, auditing, and compliance benchmarks established by the AIBC.

Proper Use of Credentials

Certified members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the AIBC Certification seal on their marketing materials, websites, and client communications.

Strict Prohibition: You may not misrepresent the scope of your certification, apply it to unapproved business practices, or continue using the AIBC seal if your certification expires, is revoked, or your membership is terminated.

Revocation

The AIBC reserves the right to audit certified practices and revoke certifications at our sole discretion if a member is found to be in violation of our ethical standards, data privacy benchmarks, or code of conduct.

3. Events, Summits, and Workshops

Registration and Attendance

Registration for AIBC events, including the Executive Summit, Canva Workshops, PUSH Sessions, and panels, is subject to availability and payment of any applicable fees.

Event Changes and Cancellations

The AIBC reserves the right to alter event schedules, change speakers/panelists, format (virtual or in-person), or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances or volatility. In the event of a total cancellation by the AIBC, standard refund policies or credits toward future events will apply.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and the Services—including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and the AIBC logo and certification badges (collectively, the “Content”)—are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Services or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

5. User Code of Conduct

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Texas], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
